Arranging care

Reach out by phone, WhatsApp or email, or send a request through this website. Our team will guide you through a personalised assessment and recommend the most suitable approach to care.

Every engagement begins with a thorough assessment, followed by a bespoke nursing care plan tailored to individual medical needs and lifestyle.

You do not need to decide on the right level of care before contacting Aurevia. During the consultation and nursing assessment, we take the time to understand the individual’s circumstances, health needs and current support before recommending an appropriate arrangement.

We recommend booking three to five days in advance, so we can prepare carefully and match you with the nurse best suited to your needs. Urgent requests are always considered.

Yes. A family member or authorised representative may contact Aurevia to discuss care. Appropriate consent and communication arrangements are established before any personal or clinical information is shared.

You can reach our Care Coordinator at any time. We welcome open conversation about confidentiality, care routines or staff arrangements, and will make any adjustments needed so your care remains respectful, private and suited to your comfort.

Tell us a little about the person in your care. We will listen, answer your questions and recommend the most suitable approach.
